500m swim - 12km mountain-bike - 5km off-road run.

The course is based at Long Bay Regional Park and enjoys exclusive access to the adjoining private farmland. Spectacular landscapes, clean water and traffic-free. Teams of three compete in either the "Classic" (each member completes the entire swim, bike, run course in turn) or "Try a Tri" format (each member completes either the swim, bike or run).
