    It is important to us that you get the right product, in the right size, to run in.

    With our 21 day returns policy, there are no special catches or exceptions.

    All we ask is that you send the items back to us in it's original packaging and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when your purchased it.  

    You can download our returns form to make the process even quicker. 

     It's easy:

    • You can return your purchase for up to 21 days from the purchase date.
    • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
    • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will:
      1. Send you another of the correct size.

      2. Process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

    Please, if you are returning shoes - do not simply attach the address label to the shoe box as this is not is a resell-able condition and we may refuse to refund of swap your order.
